All paintings are varnished to protect the surface and ensure long-term preservation.
To remove dust, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Avoid excess moisture, which can damage the canvas or linen.
Keep the painting out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to maintain vibrancy.

Framing is included when and where indicated. Please check the product description for each painting to confirm if a frame is provided. 

Yes! All domestic Australian postage is included in the final price unless otherwise stated. All paintings are sent via Australia Post Express Post for safe and timely delivery. 

Handling & dispatch: Allow up to 5 business days for careful packaging.
Delivery: Expect 2–3 business days across Australia once the painting is dispatched.

Postage is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the painting. The cost also includes Australia Post insurance, which covers the artwork for its full purchase value. 

Yes! Signature-on-delivery can be arranged for extra security. Please contact me directly to organise this. An additional cost applies for this service. 

Yes! Paintings can be shipped internationally. Please contact me directly to organise shipping, including costs and insurance. 

Yes! Paintings can be shipped as a gift. Contact me to include a personalised message or gift packaging if desired. 

If your artwork is damaged during transit:

• Photo evidence of the damage is required.

• Each claim is handled individually, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All sales are final. No refunds are available, as each painting is a unique original artwork.

All paintings are carefully packaged and posted from Western Australia. 

Yes! I accept commissions for original paintings. Full details, including process and timelines, are available on the Commissions tab of the website. 

Yes. Each original painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming it is a genuine, one-of-a-kind artwork.
